Meet the Founder
Signal Audits is led by Nic Oosthuizen, a Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ) with 17 years of audit and assurance experience.
Nic has worked across a wide range of industries in South Africa and New Zealand, and understands both the regulatory requirements as well as the practical realities facing business owners, governance boards and trustees today.
Nic has always believed in a personal philosophy of taking the complicated and making it simple, (rather than the other way around). He has always carried this principle into his work ethic, client relationships and leadership style, and today it is at the core of everything we do at Signal Audits.
